UK SHIPPING

Standard Shipping is FREE to the UK.  

Your order will be carefully packaged and posted within 2 or 3 working days after you've placed your order. A confirmation email will be sent once shipped. Everything is sent Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard which can take 2-3 working days, though in these COVID times I'm finding delivery times are a bit longer, unfortunately. Let me know if you'd like your order by 1st Class or Tracked Delivery and I can arrange that for you with an added fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Sending ceramics overseas is a challenge, with packaging and weight constrictions.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International which usually takes 7 working days but can be up to 14 days - and sadly it can be longer at the moment! Let me know if you'd like your order tracked as I can arrange that with an added fee. 

Unfortunately, at the moment with COVID and other factors timescales aren't guaranteed ... I wish they were!
