Care:

• Felt will loosen slightly with use, so items have been made tight.
• All woollen products tend to pill (get fluffy bits), these can just be removed by hand or with scissors.
• Felt is fairly water resistant, and stain repellent.
• If necessary it can be hand washed in tepid soapy water and rinsed thoroughly, but don’t rub as further shrinkage will occur (felt shrinks up to 20% during the making process).

Payment

At the moment on receipt of your order at Paypal invoice will be sent, and the item will be posted on receipt of payment.

Postage charges

UK or overseas postage is included in the price, we endeavour to post items 1st class/air mail within 3 working days of payment.

Returns:

We accept returns if you highlight a problem within 15 days of receiving the item, return within 30 days and in the same condition it was sent out in.
